Tools: This timing light is inexpensive and works well, $12. You also need a Phillips-head screwdriver. |

| Lift the seat and place the positive lead (red) on the positive (+) battery terminal. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Disregard the impactor, that's its home. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Attach the negative lead (black) to a good ground. This is the one I use. |

| Now, attach the plug lead... | ||||||||||||||||||||

to the middle of the spring (comes with timing light), and insert it into the #1 or #4 plug wire (I use #1). Attach the spring to the plug. |
