You'll have plenty of slack in the "pull closed" cable (below left).
Now (with the 10mm open end wrench) you can loosen the "pull closed" cable adjuster (circled above right) and pull it out of its mounting bracket. Pull it downward (below) and remove its barrel out of the carburetor linkage.
