If you undid the slider or sync adjusters then the next five images explain how to get it real close...so the bike'll start and run pretty well before proper sync.  If you didn't need to sync and you didn't change or undo the sync adjusters, than skip down to putting the fuel lines back on.

Undo or loosen the idle set screw and back off till there's a least 1/16th absolute play.

Below - set the sync adjuster and lock nut as seen.  The lock nut should be a thread and a half, or two below the top of the slider rod, and the sync adjuster about 1/4 inch below the lock nut.....to start.  You shouldn't have more than a 1/16 of rod above the lock nut.

What you have to do here (below) is bottom out all the sliders to a feeler gauge, a pair of tie wires shown.  First a thicker one, then a thinner one.  You've got'a do all four carbs at the same time (one wire, checking each carb), AND you have to adjust the sync adjuster up to the lock nut.

In other words, you want all the sync adjusters on all carbs to be near where the lock nut just has a thread or two left on the rod.  No more!  Once you've done this with both wire the sync'll be reasonably close.

Turn the carbs over and put on the fuel line.

First, before installing the carbs, consider removing the cam chain tensioner (the arrow), cleaning and lubing it.  Certainly readjust the cam chain tension before mounting the carbs.

With silicon, squirt all around, inside the intake boots thoroughly, before installing the carbs.  You only need the first half inch inside to be lubed.
