Ok-now put the top retaining ring back on.  If you want you can use a clothe or other material to keep from scratching the ring.  Just make the ring snug. DON'T OVER TIGHTEN!

 

Now the choke rods. Note the order, 1st the one on the choke lever, then the next in line, and so on.

Now you can put the carb mounting and linkage assembly back.  It's easier if you pull all the sliders up about an inch.

Gently put the mounting screws back in.  It's important to torque them in all at the same time, allowing the carbs to find their correct position.  The screws should be very snug (by hand...don't use a hammer on the impactor).
