Here is an update on my CB750F1

The old girl has had a bit of work done, have fitted a extra disc, drilled, rear disc was drilled, stainless braided brake lines on the front, replaced the clubman bars (bloody horrible on a trip!!!).  Have replaced the chain ad sprockets, am running a VTR1000f master cylinder that i have laying around, to run the double disc front.  Also had a UNI filter fitted, as well as a Tranzac big diameter 4-1 exhaust... with the Dyna S ignition.  130/80-18 rear tire helps the turning a lot, also polished the clutch, chain, transmission and stator cover (NEVER AGAIN), rebuilt the front forks, replaced the neutral switch, modified the switch blokes to allow the cables to come out the side instead of through the handle bars.

The bike had 16000 miles when I bought it, and I have since done another 17000 km... it is a daily driver.. and gets more attention than my firestorm!!!! Also the BIGBORE kit is bloody awesome for such a heavy bike, an 836 Wiseco kit.

I replaced the sealed beam head light with a halogen replaceable headlight from a HQ holden... and has heaps better beam on the road.

There is also a set of Nepoleon bar end mirrors... which are the best thing i have found... every bike I own from now on will have these!!! bloody great.  So there you go an update to the bike on the front page... hope you enjoyed it...

Cheers... and be safe all.... regards,

Ben Hiles.
