Back                        It's a beauty, isn't it??  I got the body (1973) w/F2A meter for $109 out of a New York camera store.  This 35mm f2 lens and the 105mm f2.5 are my favorites and very sharp.  I'm printing very sharp 12x18s from PlusX with standard D-76 development and the other typical Kodak powders.  I took the Nikon F2 to a local and very reputable camera repair shop to have the shutter adjusted.  It turned out they had the Black F2 Pentaprism lying around and sold it to me for a song.  I was amazed how lucky I was to get it.  I'd been looking real hard, all over the world for one from a trustworthy source at a reasonable price.  I'd consider trading this one for a silver one but that may be unlikely.  I also need a DE-1 Pentaprism for my 1965 Nikon F.
