It took a lot of work and time to get here.  I'm glad I inspected the source wiring, much of it was melted.  This engine was sent to Moyer in 2004 for complete refit and update, then the boat was sold and extremely neglected.  The engine though not run in over 5 years, only has about 30 hours of run time since the refit.  It started easy.  A good bit of wire was burned because someone installed a vented loop between the ignition switch...and 5 inches from the back side of the main breaker panel.  It was spiting sea water all over the exposed wiring.

The engine was burning quite lean in the video and I've got it pretty close now.  Think I'll check the timing too.

Starting an Atomic 4 after at least 5 years of neglect.
