There are some of my favorite tools.
These are items I have bought and
have found to be excellent products.
| D2Xs
|
I love my Nikons. I have 4 of them, ranging from a 1965 Nikon F, 1973 F2, 2000 N80 and now my new D2Xs. A couple years ago, I was very wary of buying digital cameras and sure enough I purchased a couple cheap off brands and they didn't last more than a couple years. I should've know better, all of the pro model Nikons have always had Titanium inner bodies, that are extraordinarily shock resistant. The reviewers call this camera, the Nikon D2Xs, a hammer, and virtually water proof. The D3 and D3x is also now available. |
| Refurbished
|
I just purchased one of these
Dell M90 Precision Workstations. Refurbished, in like new
condition. My M90 came configured with a T7200 2.0 GHz, Intel Core 2 Duo Processor and 2GB of dual-channel
RAM, NVIDIA graphics card with 512MB of graphics memory and 100 gig hard drive.
Not to mention XP sp2. There are various configurations available,
some faster, but I haven't noticed much difference in speed between this
laptop and my faster desktops. I highly recommend getting a mouse
too. I reconfigured mine with several partitions to dual boot and separate my docs and apps from the OSs. That's just the way I like to do it. |
